Just Hanging in the Closet

It has has been hanging in the closet for way too long, hiding between my husband's jackets.  It was disguising itself as something that would actually fit someone that lives in this house.  Moreover, we saw it for so many years, that we could no longer actually see it.  

What is it?  A woman's athletic jacket that is too small for me.

Day 3 - Heels Be Gone!

I have to admit to part of me being sad to give away heel or wedges, but they are just taking up space.  My knees say an absolute No to wearing these things.  I even have trouble with 1 inch heels, so goodbye.  C'est le vie.  (Such is life.)  And as Doris Day used to sing, "Que Sera, sera."  (whatever will be, will be).  Shoe ceremony over -- I am saving the  cute, young looking shoes for my granddaughters.  They have already played dress up in them, but I have them in shoe boxes now -- just a few more years.
